Hope in Heels: Hope In Heels is a private, non-profit corporation founded in 2005, by the five adult women of the Besse family, in Cincinnati, Ohio. We have seen a need to acknowledge the work of those who work in our community as advocates for victims of violent crime. This organization is our way of giving positive recognition to such individuals and the organizations in which they work.
Restorative Justice Community - Reentry Networks: Restorative Justice Community, in collaboration with others, is developing a framework which we call a Reentry Network and automating the processes of reentry.

Victim Assistance

Crime Victims Organization: CrimeVictims.org website is available to the public to refer victims from your local area to your organization in order to obtain the support which only local groups can provide.
Just Alternatives: JUST Alternatives is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to crime victim/survivor support and to deeper understanding and accountability among offenders
National Coalition of Victims in Action (NCVIA): The NCVIA is a component of the Renee Olubunmi Rondeau Peace Foundation. Its purpose is to encourage victims of crime to become proactive for crime prevention and to support those victims already involved. We believe that this will bring enormous benefit to victims as well as to their communities.
National Organization for Victim Assistance: Promoting rights and services for victims of crime and crisis everywhere.
YWCA Greater Cincinnati House of Peace: Eliminating racism, empowering women -- it's what we are about and what we intend to do. Our formal mission statement: The YWCA is dedicated to eliminating racism, empowering women and promoting peace, justice, freedom and dignity for all.

Prison Ministries

The Exit Program: Mission: To help formerly incarcerated men and women rebuild their lives and become law-abiding citizens by providing access and support through transitional housing and treatment services upon post release from prison.
The Heart of Texas Foundation: Our Mission: To help morally rehabilitate the perpetrators of crime, and to help the ultimate "innocent" victims of crime, the children of those who have broken the law.

Daughters of Destiny: Daughters of Destiny's mission is to equip, train, and empower volunteers to reach incarcerated women for Christ and to disciple them while in prison and after release. Our mission is working out through our driving passion for leading women out of personal and spiritual brokenness to wholeness and abundant life in Christ through salvation by faith, God's grace, and His transforming work. In response, we: *Invite women in prison to receive salvation by faith in Jesus Christ. *Teach and nurture all who respond to grow in faith and relationship with Jesus Christ through our Full Circle Ministry that begins immediately while the ladies are incarcerated and continues indefinitely after release.
Prison Fellowship Ministries: God uses Prison Fellowship to overcome evil with good. Volunteers deliver the good news of Jesus Christ behind bars. And men and women, formerly engaged in the evils of crime, are leaving prison to take their posts in the Church. Will you help us to continue to demonstrate the power of the Gospel?

Our approach is to share opportunities for incarcerated parents of free-world children to find moral rehabilitation through the life and message of the Bible and its central figure, Jesus Christ. Let's face it: When the heart changes, the person changes. When the heart of an adult inmate is changed, the children are nearly always impacted positively.
The Ridge Project: The Ridge Project, Inc. is a Christian, 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, founded in 2000 and dedicated to serving the youth and families of Ohio. The family has long been recognized as the building block of society, yet today faces more challenges than ever before. Skyrocketing divorce rates and infidelity, along with a general erosion of ethical standards in society are taking a significant toll on the American family. Children are at the greatest risk of being impacted and succumbing to these negative influences and carrying them on to future generations.
